The project "Green and active routes: I have my alley at heart" is one of 181 initiatives from Je Fais MTL and has as its official partner Montreal physically active. Through the creation of four pilot routes, the project's goal is to build on existing green alleys to promote, develop and enhance active neighborhood and youth movement, physical activity, socialization and social activities. cultural, artistic and historical knowledge.

This mobile application allows you to better orient yourself on the four courses of about 5 kilometers, thanks to a geolocated map of your trips.

Thematic points of interest (physical activity, arts and culture, history and architectural heritage, green and civic initiatives) enhance your stroll on the courses. These points of interest have been proposed by different partners and it is also possible for you to propose points of interest (see information section). They include videos, images, links to websites and text.

A signaling plan was also developed by the REQ. It provides a logo and hybrid signage, combining the use of ground marking and small flags of canvas hung on some poles to be located on the courses.
The courses were created by the active collaboration of three eco-neighborhoods, three boroughs (Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, Southwest and Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie), many local partners and the Regroupement des éco-quartiers. (REQ).
